- DVT: Deep Vein Thrombosis - Deep Vein Thrombosis is a condition in which a blood clot forms in a deep vein, typically in the legs. This clot can obstruct blood flow and potentially lead to serious complications if it breaks free and travels to the lungs (Pulmonary Embolism).
